Project Description

Located in the fifth district of Al-Ajra City, the project includes the construction of 20 luxury villas inspired by traditional Bedouin architecture. This project is part of the national initiative for the development of North Sinai, supervised by the Central Agency for Sinai Development in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.

Scope of Work

• Location: District 5, Al-Ajra City, North Sinai, Egypt (Supervised by the Central Agency for Sinai Development and the Ministry of Housing).

• Residential Construction: Building 20 luxury villas designed in traditional Bedouin style.

• Design & Layout: Each villa consists of two floors (with an area of 150 square meters per floor), featuring a private garden and perimeter fence.
