Project Description

The “VIP Guest House – Al-Tajali Al-A’zam” is an integrated tourism and entertainment development project. Spanning a built-up area of 5,000 m² and an expansive landscaped area of 15,000 m², the project delivers high-end hospitality facilities built to the highest architectural and infrastructural standards.

Scope of Work

• Construction: Construction of the main VIP Guest House building with a built-up area of 5,000 m².
• Infrastructure: Comprehensive development and setup of site infrastructure.
• Landscape Architecture: Complete softscape and hardscape design, supply, and execution.
• Paving & Pathways: Installation of premium marble flooring and concrete pathways across a total area of 15,000 m².
• Location: Saint Catherine, South Sinai Governorate, Egypt (The Great Transfiguration Project).
