Project Description

Aboria Group actively participated in the first phase of the Gaza reconstruction efforts via the Rafah Land Crossing, successfully removing approximately 85,000 cubic meters of rubble in a record 65 days. The subsequent phase encompasses six major projects, including the development of the Gaza Corniche and the construction of modern residential complexes.

Scope of Work

• Geographic Location: Gaza Strip, Palestine (via the Rafah Land Crossing).

• Rubble Removal: Clearing and removing approximately 85,000 cubic meters of debris in Phase One (over 65 days).

• Residential Projects: Construction and development of integrated residential complexes including:

  • Dar Misr 1 (Al-Zahra City)

  • Dar Misr 2 (Jabalia)

  • Dar Misr 3 (Beit Lahia)

• Infrastructure Development: Executing the development of the Gaza Corniche and associated vital public facilities.
