Project Description

The project includes the construction of 14 buildings featuring a traditional Bedouin design inspired by the heritage of Saint Catherine. The project is equipped to host international guests and visitors, with the hotel operations managed by the renowned German operator, Steigenberger. The project is supervised by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and the Sinai Development Authority.

Scope of Work

• Location: Saint Catherine, South Sinai Governorate, Egypt (Supervised by the Ministry of Housing and Sinai Development Authority).

• Construction: Building 14 structures inspired by traditional Bedouin architecture.

• Management & Operation: Preparing the facility to accommodate international guests, with the hotel managed by Steigenberger
